For customers requiring a higher level of support we offer the
PesterCat Priority support upgrade. The support upgrade can be
purchased with new purchases and product upgrades. It includes
1 year of support for the following:
- problems installing the software
- problems using the software
- access to minor product upgrades (sent via email)
- high priority email based support
- high priority for bug fixes
- high priority for application feature requests
