All PesterCat products include 60 days of email based installation and configuration support and minor product upgrades. This covers the following:

  • problems installing the software
  • problems using the software
  • access to minor product upgrades (sent via email)

Priority Support Upgrade

For customers requiring a higher level of support we offer the PesterCat Priority support upgrade. The support upgrade can be purchased with new purchases and product upgrades. It includes 1 year of support for the following:

  • problems installing the software
  • problems using the software
  • access to minor product upgrades (sent via email)
  • high priority email based support
  • high priority for bug fixes
  • high priority for application feature requests
